Hidden Ballerina

It was 4:31 pm and I’m trying get the leap right. “Oh, I am never going to get into the performing arts for ballerinas I say in tears. “Lacy it’s time to go now. We need to get home because I need to cook dinner”. “Ok coming mum” Boom crash bang!! What was that beastly noise? I think it’s coming from the ballet mirror I go closer and closer until I hit the mirror… Lacy I am coming up to get you. Where is she? this is so unexpected, she is normally really good. There next to the mirror a little bit hidden was her pedestal.

Everyday At Work This Happens

“Hey mum am I allowed to go to work with you? you know how much I love doing paperwork”! You know I am a veterinarian. I know you are trying to get out of school. Oh, know this blue healer is really sick. I frantically got another vet because I need help. Do we operate Strate away or do we wait for the numbing cream to kick in. Between you and me Jessica I don’t think this dog is going to make it. Do you think the owner will take one of the puppies next door. The puppies are Labradors, kelpies, Jack Russel and Chiwawas.

The Middle Of The Pines

Along time ago lived a girl her name was jane. She lived with her mother on a hill next to the pines. It was the 31 of October. janes asked her mother if jess and her could go trickle treating and if they could take a short cut in the pines. Her mother said OK but stick together and be careful. So, they opened the door and jess and jane set of to the pines. 5 hours later the girls still didn’t come back. They should have never said yes to going. I met a young man in the woods. He was in the middle of the forest.

Little Man

Down at the old house next to ours, the people who lived there went on a holiday. So, mum and I went to check on their cat like the owner asked. So, me and mum opened the gate and went up the stairs got the key out and opened the door.

I said, “mum I’m going to go find the cat”.

“Ok be safe though it might scratch.”

“Mum, I found it!”

“What is that?”

“It’s that a mini door…”

I opened it was too dark to see anything. So, I walked further. Is that a Dwarf with a hat?

Ruby’s Mistake

In Adelaide I was at the burnside village driving home from a big shopping day. Ding that was a message from Ruby. It said would you like to come to my house in Melborn. I replied yes. I packed my things and drove to Melburn. I finally got to Ruby’s house. When I went to say good night to her she was asleep in her bed with a book with leaves in the middle.  I started reading the book it said: These leaves are from ancient years from Victoria. But whoever reads this is sent to ancient years. Ruby, you need to wake up now!!!

Ghost

There were scratches everywhere and the wall had drawings all over it. I walked deeper into the cave when there was a gasp of wind. The cobwebs blew, Quickly I ran away as I saw something I kept on running. Until I found a seat I sat down still out of breath. There were footsteps coming close towards me. But it was so dark that they were really had to see. “Who’s there I say” no reply. I walked further into the cave. They were so close I could nearly see their face. I should have known it was you.

The Fabulous Mathematics

This week we have been learning about decimals. We did a test on Monday some people got it wrong, so we learnt into it some more. Some strategies we used were number lines, exploding dots and place values. The easiest strategy for me was just adding a zero on the end of the short one for example 2.45 2.5 so you add a zero onto the 2.5 and it turns into 2.50 and 2.45 what one is bigger? well the one that is bigger is 2.50. So, say if you were comparing it you would start with seeing what one is bigger in the one section are the same then you go to the tens section and because the 5 is bigger than the 4 you don’t need to go any further you know what number is bigger.

The Nun Floating

In the hallway at 7:32 am it was verry quiet because there was no one in the church except for Lizzy. I wonder if they will like open day? “Today is a big day for the church it is open day”. Open day we do once every year we do it so people and their family would come to the church for donations. The stain glass is as colorful as rainbow, when open day was over Lizzy sat down and then the chair flew up the two other nuns were staring in grave shock then one of the nuns fainted quietly.

Under The Rug

Jerry ran as fast as he could into the kitchen! Under the bookshelf there was a rattle. “What was that” he asked himself. Suddenly there was another noise running over to where the couch is. Boom crash the vase smashed with the flowers all over the floor, the lump under the carpet kept moving verry fast, then the window smashed. 10 minutes later the strange creature was still under the carpet, “what am I going to do?” Jerry said to his self. Instantly I thought to myself it must be a feral cat? The creature was as Vishu’s as a Dinasaur, the lamp was as broken as a smashed car. He picked up his chair and smacked the ground, but it missed.

The Sweetest Fig Response

Today, we had a small class and we read a book by Chris Van Allsburg, The Sweetest Fig. Now I have to answer a question as a quality response.

Why did Bibot smile when he tells the old women he tooth must come out? What does this tell us about what kind of person he is?

Bibot smiles when he tells the old women her tooth must come out because he knows that it is going to be painful for the old woman. This tells us that he is a mean kind of person who enjoys hurting people. There are other proofs from the story that he is mean, and some of these examples are that he is impatient and awful to his dog when he takes him on walks; he was rough in his treatment of the old woman and when he thought he would become rich, he wanted to be rid of his dog.
